Policies, Terms and Conditions :
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment.
- Capturing Beautiful Keepsakes is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and no replacements will be issued.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash at any time within their expiry period or thereafter - likewise, unclaimed vouchers will not be refunded.
- Vouchers must be redeemed by the specified expiry date, or within 12 months from date of purchase if no other date has been provided (Vouchers which have been issued for a prize as part of a competition only hold a 6 week expiry).
- Vouchers ordered without upfront payment will be issued and available immediately, however an appointment booking to redeem any service to use it will not be carried out until at least a deposit payment is made. These vouchers can be paid off, however the product will not be released until payment is made in full.
- Vouchers can be used for any product or service that Capturing Beautiful Keepsakes offers - to the value of the certificate - even if a certain product is specified. For example, if you were gifted a certificate which said "Four sibling hands framed with a photo" and you would prefer to have only your youngest child's hands and feet done instead, you can use the certificate as product credit and pay the difference if the preferred service costs more (Money cannot be refunded however if the preferred service costs less and any leftover amount would be forfeited).
