We like to make sure no one has to miss out due to financial difficulty, as we know it can be hard to come up with a large amount of money upfront. So for only a 10% deposit upfront at the time your moulds are taken, you can have those special memories captured NOW and pay the remaining sum off at your own pace!

There are 2 ways to set up your payment plan - via Contract or Flexipay​. With either option, we will begin production of your order only once half your owing balance has been paid off and you will receive a photo once complete to take the angst out of waiting! 

Contract : Set and lock in your payment amount and frequency (eg. $20 per fortnight) You can have this amount automatically deducted for you, or make the payment manually on each due date. Contracts are completely interest free, you will only ever pay the amount owed, even if you need to miss a payment (It is important however to let us know if you can't make a payment so we can adjust accordingly) After each payment clears, you will be updated with a receipt and new owed balance. Once your contract pays out, you will receive your product.

Flexipay : No lock in contract, you are free to make payments whenever you can. After each payment, you will be updated with a receipt and new owed balance. You'll have 12 weeks interest free to pay out your purchase. After 12 weeks, if there is still an owing balance, an additional fee of $5 per week will be added to your total. The total amount owed must be cleared before you can receive your product.
